Weatlh Planning Parameters Based on Maqāṣid Al-Sharīʻah According to Ibn ʻĀshūr’s View: A Preliminary Study

Making early planning on properties owned is indeed something that encouraged in Islam. However, the absence of a specific guideline implementation wealth has caused several issues. The consequences these issues have resulted failure to enforce intended planning. In some cases, after being tried court, plans been declared as void by court. This study, therefore, aims suggest appropriate parameters which may be used basis and guidelines property owners, especially Muslims, ensuring compliance with correct methods requirements Islamic law.
